After opening the Spanish offices at the end of 2015 in Barcelona, MediaTech is pleased to announce its arrival in the UK market. The main offices will be located in the heart of London. Entering this new market confirms once again MediaTech’s desire to become a major player in the European Feedback Management industry.

Instant eXperience, the flagship Feedback Management solution of MediaTech, has been implemented in 10 countries. Among MediaTech’s clients portfolio, some of them in the travel and services industries are already using Instant eXperience in the UK. Developing this new adventure across the English Channel will imply seeking new opportunities and setting an international marketing strategy.

The British subsidiary will have an important role to play within the next few months to be part of the Customer Experience community in the UK.
