- Continuing its international expansion, with the opening of its subsidiary in Great Britain,
- Acquisition of new customers – large French and international accounts – such as Air France KLM, Nespresso (in partnership with Kanatar TNS) and Malakoff Médéric, with the massive deployment of the Instant eXperience solution in 40 countries.
