The summer was a particularly active and fruitful for the MediaTech Solutions teams ! To begin with, the company gained new clients: Crédit Foncier de France, a subsidiary of BPCE specialized in mortgage lending, and a new project for the European leader in the distribution of cultural goods and technical appliances, Fnac Darty.

Moreover, as we announced a few days ago, in our article “Le Chiffre du mois”, the Instant eXperience® solution  has been deployed in more than a dozen new countries, bringing to 38 the number of countries where the solution is used by prestigious brands such as Nespresso.

At the same time, Instant eXperience® has also been enhanced with new features such as the now native multilingual management of surveys (more than 25 languages ​​used by our customers), or the automatic upload of reviews posted on Google Map. This not only offers our users a global view of their customer feedback via their customized real-time dashboards, it also unifies the related customer re-engagement processes.

Instant eXperience® now also allows to personalize the graphic charter of the application and to monitor the user activity, in order to optimize their onboarding and usage of the solution, and therefore the operational impact of the programs of feedback management. And more to come… Very soon, MediaTech Solutions will announce new features in Business Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.
